DroneOptics Terms & Conditions

Agreement
By requesting service and submitting payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. No further confirmation is required.

FAA Compliance & Weather Delays
All drone operations comply with FAA regulations and are subject to airspace restrictions.
Flights may be delayed due to weather (e.g., high winds, rain, lightning).
If rescheduling is required due to FAA or weather-related issues, DroneOptics will reschedule at no additional charge.
Customer-initiated reschedules that are not FAA- or weather-related may be subject to additional fees.

Payment, Cancellations & Refunds
All services must be paid in full at the time of booking. Pricing varies by package.
Refunds may be issued at our discretion for cancellations received before 5:00 PM CST on the business day prior to the scheduled mission.
If a mission cannot be completed due to FAA or weather restrictions, DroneOptics will reschedule at no charge. Refunds will only be considered if rescheduling is not possible.

Delivery of Inspection Results
Clients receive high-resolution images and/or video via a secure online link. No physical copies are provided.
Turnaround time is typically 24–48 hours after the inspection.

Limitations of Inspection
DroneOptics does not provide structural certifications.
Aerial imagery does not guarantee detection of leaks, hidden damage, or underlying issues.
Drone inspections are not a substitute for a physical inspection by a licensed roofing professional.

Reshoots & Revisions
✔ Reshoots due to weather or FAA issues are free.
✔ Minor edits such as brightness and contrast adjustments are included.
❌ Reshoots requested for stylistic preferences or framing may incur an additional fee.
